Massage Cupping Therapy
is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.
This type of massage uses a medical assessment and specific massage techniques and stretches to help relieve muscle tightness and pain caused by or associated with conditions such as but not limited to headaches, migraines, TMJ, frozen shoulder, fibromyalgia, etc
Deep Tissue/Sports Massage Uses moderate to deep pressure and slow massage strokes to reach and loosen the deeper layers of muscles. It may help relieve tension and pain causes by overused, injured, or chronic tight muscles. Stretching and heat may also be used with this type of massage.
Relaxation Massage involves slow long strokes over the muscles using light to moderate pressure. This type of massage is meant to relax your mind body and soul.
Hot Stone Massage Uses heated basalt stones as an extension of the therapists hands during the massage session.
Prenatal Massage Helps ease the aches, pains and strains put on the mother's body by being pregnant. Pillows are strategically placed for a side lying massage. The therapist is specially trained in prenatal massage and will give a soothing massage using light to medium pressure.
